Hershberger grew up in Schwenksville. Hershberger attended Gwynedd Mercy Academy where she was an Archdiocesan scholar. DeSales University also awarded her an all-inclusive scholarship to study the field of Theater Arts along with a Minor in Theology. When she was a teenager Hershberger aimed to make a name for herself as a film and theater actor or television hosting, as well as modeling. Hershberger began her entertainment career in the age of five, when she participated in smaller regional and community theatre productions. As she entered college, Hershberger did some commercial work and interned with the Pennsylvania Shakespeare Festival. Hershberger was released from Pennsylvania in the year 2005 to pursue an career in entertainment. During this period, Hershberger entered the internet scene and has appeared in several YouTube channels like IGN, Fandom, Smosh, Rhett and Link, TheFineBros, Nerdist, and many more. Her break from the web came in March 2012, when she became a full time host for SourceFed. SourceFed is a YouTube Original channel is owned by DeFranco Creative and Business Inc. In February 2013, Hershberger, along with her fellow co-hosts of SourceFed, had received an award for Series of the Year (An An Audience Choice Award) during the 3rd Annual Streamy Awards and won Best News and Culture Series the following year in the 4th Annual Streamy Awards.
